After a killing it in your training session, you need an upfront, direct approach to repairing your body after the workout, leaving you faster, stronger and more focused for the next session. Here's a couple of ways you can smash down the Red Hippo Athlete or Vegan Athlete Blend:

Option One

  • 1-2 Scoops Red Hippo Athlete or Vegan Athlete Blend
  • Water
  • Ice

Option Two

  • 1-2 Scoops Red Hippo Athlete or Vegan Athlete Blend
  • Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Banana
  • Ice

Directions

Throw it all into your heavy duty blender for 30 seconds on high speed, pour into a glass or bottle and get it into you.
