Two of our top athletes share they favourite Blends

Option 1:

This blend is courtesy of our Ambassador Matty Abel. Matty is one of the most incredible humans we've ever met. His ability to nail a holistic lifestyle with ease and grace is incredible, and his ability to push his body to the physical limits is even more inspiring. Check out Matty here for some running inspiration, knowledge and tips. This blend below is a staple in his diet to keep his nutrient intake high:

Ingredients

- 1/2 banana (frozen if it's hot outside)

- 1 teaspoon cashew nut butter

- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

- 1 handful of chia seeds

- 1/2 cup blueberries

- 300ml almond mylk

- 1 scoop Maintenance Blend
